1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
