Morros Echuir (a.k.a. Shadow)
Morros captures moments others miss—the pause before a smile, the sigh after a song. He uses glass plates etched by hand, holding them up to light as if divining omens. His work is ethereal, almost dreamlike. He avoids portraiture unless invited, preferring to document the movement of clouds across shoulders or the way grief settles into posture. “Light,” he says, “is how memory speaks.”
