The Festival of Flames: El'Clara A'tyr
The Festival of Flames is a seven-day celebration that takes place only once every 100 years. It takes place on Dragon Ark, where all Dragonkin come to celebrate the ascension of one chosen Dragonite into a Dragon. This is the last seven days of every 100th Cycle of Fire.
History
100 years after Koran broke apart into the Dragonites, one Dragonite, Salar, felt a great power building in his body, calling him to a place he'd never known. The place, later dubbed "Teleria," or "The Place of Becoming," was where the great dragon Koran's heart still lay.
Observance
This festival is observed once every 100 years, at the time when one chosen Dragonite will Ascend.
