The Elven High Council is made up of High King Ivaran Corthilion, High Lady of the Mountain Nessa Corthilion, who represents the High King's military, and several other nobles, including representatives of the Kings of Baeradiron, Baeracae, and Tanasiamyr, and of Ariority - Pantheistic Elven Religion.
