Kalmius Prazun
Kalmius Prazun is the High Priest of the Sa'a El'tarsi and the ruler of Karthan during the time of the Forsaking. He is a strict ruler and demands complete adherence to the Sun'vir. It is his personal conviction that he must wipe out sin in Karthan, and he believes he can accomplish this by taking away the people's ability to sin readily, namely by finding and destroying the Underbelly.
