Caramiza's Political Structure

Caramiza is first and foremost ruled by a hereditary monarchy. The current monarch is considered the absolute ruler, creating laws,deciding over budget, passing judgement and commanding the millitary forces.
  The only person they cannot pass absolut judgement on is the current head of the Church of Maned, the Erzenpriest. Additionally, in all issues of a theological nature, the Erzenpriest is able to weigh in or even overrule the monarch. As this distinction has become a common topic of conflict between the monarch and the church, the High Council of Judgement has the mandate to rule over these destinctions.
