Alice Quickly
An elven woman who turned to a life of crime after the collapse of the Elflands Empire in 897. Frequently rebelling against her noble family, she chose to ditch the family celebrations in Kassædeia on the night of the New Year's Massacre in a life-saving decision. She showed a keen business mind, sealing the deal for several successful smuggling operations in the remains of the Elflands. She was promoted by Azrael to oversee the Handgun's work during the Oda-Kiri War, stealing from the wealthy estates and manors abandoned by nobles fleeing the war's path of destruction. With her longtime bullywug partner Froggy Chair she had hoped to usurp Ryota as leader of the region's Handgun operations, but Froggy Chair reunited with his brother Noodles Habanero and the Handgun was pushed out of the Northern Territories by Chusei University in the late 920's.
About a decade later she was reassigned as head liaison between the Handgun and the Gilded Hecat Guild in Dhyrlonis, maintaining cordial relationships with adventurers of all stripes to ensure the two factions stayed on good terms with each other (and that adventuring contracts didn't interfere with the thieves guild's operations).
