Riesenherz

Riesenherz, formerly called Alkishekajetskeltrist, is a powerful sentient gauntlet and creator of Atemschaff. It was originally created by a human Silunell wizard named Ovro as a gift for his niece, an adventurer named Eri. Around the year EL 870, Eri fell victim to the curse of Ragnvild and was slain by Ragnvild the Despoiler in her attempts to break it. After this, Alkishekajetskeltrist was claimed by Ragnvild and worn by the giant for about 130 years before he, in turn, was slain by Sir Wivvyrholdalphiax Adrex, who claimed the gauntlet and renamed it. He wielded it for some years before passing it down to his son Medjhan, who shortly after gave it in turn to his daughter Raiann.   The gauntlet was originally created with the ability to create a short-lived sword or axe of magical ice. However, on its journey with the Light Brigade to the Frostfell, it unraveled magical secrets and was greatly inspired both by the intense cold of the Mountain of Ultimate Winter and the intense heat of the Eternal Flame of Kishike, which the Brigade was there to recover, and, following the party's return to the Material Plane, Riesenherz created a nearly indestructible ice sword that also wielded the power of divine flame.
