Lind was a Simra who lived during the Age of the Meydra. He was son of Elairus and Lei, and brother of Jia. He was known, during his life, as the Hero of Bluehaven. He and his sister trained to become fierce warriors, and jointly led the mounting military forces of Bluehaven, usually with her defending the town while he rode to the surrounding territories to forge alliances and recruit soldiers. Lind was known to have a great deal of hope for his father's return, and spent centuries with the standing order to his soldiers to raise the gate for him should he appear. He was married to a high elf named Keila with whom he had at least three children. When Bluehaven was at war with a tribe of barbarians, Lind led a group of soldiers to attempt to negotiate a truce. He was ambushed and died alongside his men.
