Ilhara

Sitting at the crossroads of Trader's Road and White River Road, is the diverse city of Ilhara. Truly a city without a nation, the settlement is more or less several cities in one spot and is not neatly arranged or divided at all. The most organized section is the Freemarket, which is along the length of Trader's Road on both sides and is one long market place of booths, carts, stalls and shop buildings of varying style and quality of build.
  People from many different cultures all live here for varying reasons.
  Refugees from the Tavark Wars sought relief from the constant battle and lack of food and traveled west. Some planted themselves here, near their claimed homeland, others kept going until Nosta, Lores and Keylara. Dwarves from Damelza traveled south, seeking more work and better trading opportunities. Merchants from Chiara expanded their business to have better access to the Trader's Road. Survivors from distant lands sought to be free of the tyrant dragons ruling the people landed in Chiara and sought better farmland.
