Structure
The first name of a person becomes the last name of the ones they have brought in. This leads to an easy link to see who is connected.
There is no true leader, but people help the ones they brought and the ones they share a name with. Promoting unity and communication. It also leads to the oldest members becomes a small group of knowledge keepers and guides.
Culture
Past on their culture, history, and magic orally and with dreams. Choose new members by who needs them and a new name.
Once someone becomes a member they usually record new info and spells in their spellbook. Sometimes they impart knowledge to someone is is thinking a about becoming a member or who can't join the main group via a spellbook.
History
Created by Rumplestikin who changed his name to Kanin. The group became an official group when he found a street urchin and gave him his name, the child later adopting the name 'Lucky' for the fortune that had come their way.
The group has maintained a small number as they are a hidden group that most people don't know even exist.
