Ball at Bard Manor 2

Gang woke up, Nil heard talking from Lotta and Manasi. Got dressed and people from the day before started coming. soon people that was not there the night before started coming, the Duchess of Nirr'Cadia and her wife had arrived. 
They danced, Stormy tried sneakily listening to a conversation and got caught. she tried talking to the guy and Rasa came over when he saw her look upset. He got upset and said things that made Rasa ask him to a duel. the crowd immediatly turned its focused to what was happening and as Countess Maya asked what was happening to Manasi, the crowd got his his of the story and turned. Auri tried to calm the crowd and then talked to Manasi. After talking he casted Zone of Truth and a trail happened. 
Lots of back and forth of what happened and then Manasi realized that Auri cast magic without him knowing. with Auri defending himself eloquently, Manasi called him a lawyer. Damaia was there with Rasa (as a second for the Duel) and Stormy came as an eye witness.    Nil went to Tanya who was next to the duchess and tried to keep everything calm. he noticed that Brie, Nalini, Lotta, Remi, and The duchess wife were not interested in what was happening and some looked upset. After the case was wrapped up, Tanya announced that it was over and to let the dancing continued. 
Rasa left to get some fresh air, Nil escorted the Duchesses to the library for them to have a private conversation, Damaia went to Tanya who had moved to the corner and they talked and Danced. Auri went to find Nil, and Stormy decided to just dance and forget it. 
As Stormy danced she listened into various conversations. SHe heard Emric talking about how long it had been since he had been to a party, had heard Brie ask where Remi was, listened to poeple talking about where they lived and how the place were doing, then saw Manasi and Lotta go into the conservatory and Maya casually listening in. She came over to the door to hear them arguing about what happened and Manasi's drinking and going to Apologize to Tanya before going to bed. 
Rasa walked around the gardens before starting to walk around the house. he heard talking and commotions, but it was at the front of the house that he saw a man with two guards trying to enter the house being stopped by Vaughn. he looked and noticed that the Guards were wearing older uniforms of the Sy'bal House. he came out to say hi and help Vaughn but charmed the guy to tell him who he was and that he had proof that Tanya is not a Sy'bal. with this Rasa in a pickle. But just then Damaia and Auri came to the front door and Rasa took the chance to steal the document, but found his bag full of documents and just grabbed the first one. later he would reach in and take another document. 
Nil was still in front of the door and when the Duchess came out they both went to the front door (the duchess trying to help since Nil was nice) when she saw who was at the door and he pulled out the documents (at first a confused look on his face as the one on top was gone but he had more then one). The duchess paled and got everyone to go to the parlor. The gang went to get Tanya, Stormy, and the decided that they needed the bloodmages as well.    They reentered the ballroom and split, Rasa headed to tanya who was talking to Manasi and he told Manasi that his brother was here. they nodded at each other and headed out. Nil headed to Isai and had them play music for the Bas'caidian Slide and with lighting and a great performance he got everyone to dance while noone noticed the others leaving. Rasa took Tanya and lead her out where he explained what had happened and was shocked when Tanya admitted she knew she was adopted. they talked and it helped Tanya come up with a plan. 
Damaia and Auri grabbed Stormy, Roni, and Adhira (who was dancing to the slide). they filled them in on what was happening and all came together to enter the parlor. The brothers were arguing and the duchess looked troubled.    The group entered and Tanya agreed to have the bloodmages check her blood, but first she told her story. not that of Bahar's blood adoption but that of Bahar having an affair with Kant and everyone trying to keep it a secret with Sai adopting Tanya. The bloodmagic confirmed her story. Manasi looked confused and his brother even said that that didn't sound like Bahar. he looked confused and Rasa heard him mutter under his breath "but he said..." as he left. but not before looking at all of them with a certain look of pieceing together information.   The duchess told them that not a word about this gets out, and also that she doesn't care about the truth. they all went either back to the ballroom, headed to bed (Manasi), or entered the conservatory to take some time before reentering the ballroom. They all danced and drank before everyone crashed.
