The Burrows
The Burrows is the home of the Othmir. These otterfolk have dug a series of burrows into the banks of the Kerra River. From which they fish in its waters.
The Burrows offers druid, ranger, shaman, and rogue trainers. The settlement offers minimal services. It has a hearth and food and drink vendors but little else. The nearby settlement of Kerra Ridge has far more to offer.
