Puzzle Box

The Puzzle Box is a strange complex of rooms in the Underfoot below Faydwer. It is accessible via the Chessboard in the Dal'lian Mountains. Successfully navigating the linear series of rooms leads to a teleporter that will return the PC to the Chessboard. Failing (but not dying) results in being spat out into the nearby Winding Ways.   Some believe the Puzzle Box is gnomish in origin. Others think it a product of the fae or Bristlebane. Whatever the case, each room challenges its occupants with puzzle or trap that they must overcome before they can move on to the next room. This is a fun-house dungeon for levels 50-70.  

NPCs

  Puzzle Golem (60-63): made of metal puzzle pieces   Ravenous Tome (52-54): large books with teeth that bounce after their prey trying to bite them.   Ribbonbeast (57-59): Made of ribbon-bookmarks that swirl in a vaguely humanoid shape. It strangles and whips its foes.
