Mesmerbeast
Many legged creatures of the Underfoot, they range from level 50-51. They emit strange, undulating lights of ever shifting colors that afflict those that see them with mystic confusion causing them to attack friends, flee in terror, or stand idle, oblivious to the goings on around them and unable to take any action for the duration of the effect.
