Fomoria

Fomoria is a city at the bottom of the Blessed Sea. The city is encased in a mystic bubble that keeps the water out. There are docks in the city from which Fomorian ships depart. When a ship passes through the bubble surrounding the city, it is magically transported to the northern Ocean between the Maelstrom and the Ocean of Tears. There are three ways to enter the city:

Have a piece of iolite in your inventory when you get sucked down the maelstrom (if you don't have iolite, the maelstrome will simply kill you or send you to the bottom of the sea if you are immune to drowning). If you have iolite, you appear in the water near the docks.
Swim down from the Blessed Sea and swim through the bubble.
Yield to a Fomorian. You will be transported to the Slave pens in Fomoria as a slave.

Docks: Fomorian ships leave from here. Any player attempting to pilot a Fomorian ship will be struck by mystic lightning that applies deathtouch regardless of lightning resistance. Slave pens: where enslaved players appear
