Desert Madman
Desert Madmen are Dervish cultists who went mad studying infernal lore. These lunatics wandered (or were chased) into the Elddar Desert where they study the Curse of Innoruuk and meditate on their hatred. They have cleric of Innoruuk powers. They also summon forth Sand Imps which they send out on unfathonable errands. They wander the Elddar Desert and are levels 13-16.
