Cordycepsia
The cordyceps fungus infects living creatures, hijacking their brains and turning them into zombies. PCs infected with cordyceps spores will not know they have the infection as cordycepsia has no symptoms for the first three minutes. After that time has passed, the infected experience intermittent blurring of vision and dizzyness. After another three minutes, they die. Upon death, their corpses rise as fungus covered husks and wander the zone attacking any PCs they encounter. During combat, they rush towards their target and fight use basic unarmed attacks. When struck they release cordyceps spores and anyone within six meters must make a disease save or become infected with cordycepsia.
