Military
The unified armed forces of Germany are called the Wehrmacht, this included the Heer (army), Kriegsmarine (navy), and the Luftwaffe (air force). Members of the armed forces were required to pledge an oath of unconditional obedience to Hitler personally.
Technological Level
The Nazis are at the bleeding edge in technological invention. However they are wasteful and unfocus, taking a throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. This approch while successful politically often leads to spending resouces on efforts unlikely to succeed.
