As the staff becomes attuned to its wielder, it enhances the sorcerer's innate spellcasting abilities, granting them several remarkable powers and abilities.   The staff provides a +2 bonus to the sorcerer's spell attack rolls and increases their spell save DC by 2, bolstering their ability to overcome magical resistances and defenses. Additionally, the staff has 7 charges, replenished each dawn, that can be utilized to cast spells or empower existing ones.   The Staff of Resolute Mastery bestows the following spells upon its wielder, which can be cast using charges from the staff:   Retick's Arcane Bolt (1 charge): The staff channels a bolt of pure arcane energy that deals 2d10 force damage to a single target, increasing by an additional 1d10 for each additional charge expended.   Dwarven Rune Shield (2 charges): The staff creates a shimmering shield of protective runes, granting the sorcerer temporary hit points equal to their level plus their Charisma modifier.   Retick's Wrathful Strike (3 charges): The staff empowers the sorcerer's melee attacks with divine might. On a successful hit, the target takes an extra 2d8 radiant damage and must make a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.   The Staff of Resolute Mastery also possesses an innate ability called Retick's Blessing.
