The Seven Voices
The Seven Voices were a group of Edenians who sang the 666th iteration of reality into existence. Prompted by the sister goddesses Mira and Phina, the Seven Voices created a new universe for the survivors of the previous one to return to. In the end, out of all the sapient beings who had called Eden home for the preceding 77 years, only the halflings remained.
Many years later, after the 666th iteration collapsed like every other iteration before it, Mira expected that a new set of Seven Voices would emerge to help her create a 667th iteration. Much to Mira’s disappointment, that never happened and she soon resorted to creating new universes on her own.

This is a really interesting concept. I like that a festival is held to try to find them, but that it's not clear whether it's ever been successful.
