The Outer Planes
The Outer Planes are the group of dimensional planes located between The Inner Planes and The Far Mists. They mark the border of the known created universe and contain the possible afterlives a soul can go after death (as long as said soul isn't consumed by a Lich or otherwise barred from leaving its native plane).
