New Cyre County
Formed in the aftermath of the Last War, it was created as a collection point for Cyrean refugees, a number of the nobles have collaborated in forming democratic communities to try and rebuild some of the manufacturing capabilities of House Cannith with the destruction of most of their factories in the Day of Mourning. They together form the left-most government in East Breland, lead by the left-leaning Liberal Lord Jairan ir'Dain.
