Consumable Memories
A technology that was never meant for mass consumption but has been released into the public.
Based off of an arcane way of saving memories used during the Last War and in Ravnica, these consumable memories have become a strange part of the cultural zingiest of 1999.
Consumable Memories allow a person whom either ingests or ports into their cyber-link the ability to relieve others memories.
House Phiarlan have made Consumable Memories a part of main culture by allowing people to by memories of the rich and famous allowing others to live the lives of people they've always wanted to be.
A consumable memory recreates the location of the memory and the emotions of the memories, this allows people to explore others memories and re-visit their pasts.
With the creation of Consumable Memories also came side-effects, the main one a psychological illness which occurs when the user consumes to many memories that are not theirs. The person whom is effected by this illness loses grasp of reality and begins to believe they are somebody else.

Complexity
The complexity of the memories are as complex as the creator allows.
Some people become "Memory Artists" and specialize in creating memories that can be very abstract and beautiful.
