Speech Accountability Act
To preserve order and stability, public dissent, defamation, or slander of Duke Melvan Barclay, House Barclay, or their decrees shall be punishable by law.
- First offense shall result in branding of the tongue and permanent record.
- Subsequent offenses shall warrant public flogging, imprisonment, or exile to the Crimson Desert.
- Private discourse is monitored via sanctioned informants.
