Capirax, one of the ancient Nevaelyth, is a chaotic and destructive force tied to the primal concepts of blood, sacrifice, and domination. Known as the Blood God or the Scarlet Reaver, Capirax revels in violence, feeding on the blood spilled in his name.
While many Nevaelyth crave power and control, Capirax’s influence manifests through blood, sacrifice, and the physical domination of others. His power stems from an insatiable desire for violence and the consumption of life force. In his eyes, blood is the essence of existence, and it fuels his being in a way that goes beyond simple sustenance—it is his connection to the mortal world.

Appearance and Presence

Capirax rarely reveals his true form, which is said to be so overwhelming that mortals cannot bear it. Instead, he often disguises himself as a human, allowing him to move unnoticed while spreading chaos. In this form, he exudes a palpable aura of menace, with small, unsettling hints at his true nature: shadows ripple unnaturally around him, blood pools seem to flow toward his feet, and his red-tinged eyes flash with fleeting, otherworldly power in moments of rage.

However to followers he will show himself as a sentient, ethereal presence, a being that appears only through manifestations or in the minds of his cultists. His influence lingers wherever blood is spilled in his name, and his power grows with each act of violence committed for his glory.

Capirax - like any Nevaelyth for that matter - was born from the dark intersections of shadow and magic, a primordial force created to embody chaos and bloodshed. He is the brother, in a sense, of Celian Maleficium, the creator of demonkind. Unlike Celian, whose reign was eventually ended by the gods repeat interference, Capirax has remained free, carving his bloody path across history.

He once walked among mortals as a bounty hunter, using his skills to sow chaos and revel in carnage. Tales tell of him disguising himself as a soldier to join battles, slaughtering indiscriminately on both sides to bathe in the bloodshed.
