Arcane Restriction Protocol

Magic, as a force of chaos and order, shall be regulated by decree under the purview of the Arcane Institute of Widton.

• Only licensed mages, bearing certification from the Arcane Institute, shall be permitted to practice arcane magic within the bounds of Escya.
• Apprentices and students in training shall be marked with a temporary arcane sigil, visible to city guards and arcane auditors.
• The practice of Necromancy magic is expressly forbidden to all individuals, regardless of certification.
• Unlicensed or forbidden spellcasting shall be met with arrest, branding, imprisonment, or conscription into arcane service.
