A Talaran artificer by the name of Farberos Tsalen discovered how to make arcane firearms.

A Talaran artificer by the name of Farberos Tsalen discovered how to make arcane firearms, by charging magical conduits with concentrated primordial fire magic to the brim and connecting it to an arcane trigger. Farberos Tsalen was rewarded handsomely for this discovery and was personally gifted the northern isles of Shariatar for him to test any weaponry or new discoveries, by king Tsrindir himself. This discovery of course also led to huge military rearmament as most swords and bows were now replaced with Arcane Rifles.
