Galyen Trenzalore the Scale Wizard was appointed as being the Head Transmuter within the Circle and had used his time since his appointment to research telekinesis and transmutation in combination.

Galyen Trenzalore the Scale Wizard was appointed as being the Head Transmuter within the Circle and had used his time since his appointment to research telekinesis and transmutation in combination. He in particular researched the extended capabilities of the Mold Stone and Move Earth spells and how if manipulated or overclocked, or as referred to often nowadays supercharging, these spells would act. Through this Galyen’s Move Mountain was created and theoretically was ready to be cast. However, when presented to the Circle, it was ruled that this spell would identify as 10th level spell and would have to be closely studied and surveyed if cast.
