In the year 294 BtS, Rakjiavik and Zavix debut their new powers within The Circle of Arcanum and gain the moniker of Necrons.

In the year 294 BtS, Rakjiavik and Zavix debut their new powers within The Circle of Arcanum. This includes a long list of secret necromantic spells that are debuted, amongst these there are such spells as Combine Souls, Finger of Death and Raise Dead. Through this, The Council of Arcanum decides to create another new identification for wizards who practices necromancy. They define that a Necron would henceforth be the title of any necromancer. A Necron is someone who manipulates lifeforce via the weave.
