The Crescent Council

The Crescent Council is a council of powerful representatives within the Commonwealth of Prim Isla and Cabana Havana that through "negotiations" decided on a collective future for the country and people that is Prim Isla and Cabana Havana. These powerful people or representatives in Prim Isla & Cabana Havana are generally the ones who run various companies, businesses or gangs. In Capricorn Cove, the assembly hall called the Crescent Hall is located. Here major decisions are taken, "laws" are passed and the general direction for the commonwealth is decided by the various most powerful people in Prim Isla and Cabana Havana. These people discuss and choose to enact these policies within a council, this council is known as "The Crescent Council".

The Crescent Council consists of:

• The co-owner of The Rose Vine Parlor business, Valentin D. Legba
• The Carnival Lord and co-owner of The Rose Vine Parlor business, Gilgamesh J. Legba
• The owner of The Hammered Trost chain, Rami Zam’zimi
• The Head-honcho and Founder of The Nazreem, Cpt. Caden Nazari
• The commander of Laughing Weasel, Rash Druilya the lifelong fugitive
  
  

But why has the Commonwealth chosen to be sovereign instead of joining the Pride Kingdoms? Cabana Havana and Prim Isla and Pridwin have always had a bad and a bit awkward relationship with each other. Many of their exchanges often end in Pridwin trying to force them into The Pride Kingdoms and Cabana Havana & Prim Isla nicely declining. The whole situation between Prim Isla and Pridwin has been a big discussion that has been going on for a long time now, in fact, it all started approx. 15 years ago when the war broke out. Pridwin saw how the former lush fields of Crimson Cross were destroyed and turned into The Breach, a large battlefield filled with trenches and death. Since then, Pridwin has often offered various authority figures from Prim Isla to visit the capital, also called Pridwin. On these visits, these authoritative figures were bombarded with the question of whether or not Prim Isla and Cabana Havana will join the coalition struck between the different countries that now form the Pride Kingdoms. In general, the various power figures from Prim Isla and Cabana Havana have declined and others have even been offended at being asked such a question.
