Hungnosha

The Vestige of Dignity

The Eastern Demon

Hungnosha, the collective Hibatan word across all Hibatan dialects for Guardian, is also the name of the Vestige of Dignity. Whilst many vestiges are aloof and at times even unpredictable, the Hungnosha as always had one place in the material realm where you would find: at the side of the shogun of Hibata. Hungnosha, is a man clad in armor from head to toe, who never reveals his facial features nor his emotion. He is said to be a guardian made of stone and brick because only that could encompass the willpower and honorable dignity that was once carried by Hitotsu. Hungnosha has stood by the Emperors-, with the Emperors- and for the Emperors of Hibata for many centuries, never waving in his quest to keep them safe. He is the picturesque and perfect image of the outstanding Hibatan. He is what soldiers and people strive to be, ever-present and ever focused on what is important in life. For Hungnosha, it is his duty that he has bound him to with his sword. He is bound to the Emporer and will no fail to protect him.

Hungnosha is depicted often wearing pieces of each region of Hibatas warriors traditional armor and garb. He wears the black flat hat of the middle region Goryeo, with the signature ball bearings on a string to keep the hate from falling off. This is accompanied by a single golden shoulder-pad, a green jade-like garb with golden embroidery and a big golden belt, that also functions as a form of belly protection. Each of these is detailed pieces that have been carved to depict the gold and jade dragons that can be found in Hibata. These pieces of his armor all stem from the main region known as Qin. Finally, there is the leggings and the most terrifying of all his mask. Whilst the leggings are fairly standard, except for the feet being toed shoes, it is his mask that many outsiders draw their attention towards. For an adventurer, they will recognize the beast that has been engraved into, a Balor. One of the 7 hells deadliest monsters it can spew out as allegedly been petrified after facing Hungnosha and turned into a mask for him to wear. Many cower in fear when they face Hungnosha as the image of a Balor demon approaches their heart. Hungnosha has through the apparel earned the name "The Eastern Demon", since his apparel and his feats of strength, agility and combat powers have shown truly why he is a vestige.
