Gramps
Ceres Frostbrewer (a.k.a. Gramps)
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Lean by dwarven standards and fairly muscular, but not as fit as he used to be.
Apparel & Accessories
Ceres dresses in the finest garb he can, often turning the gaze of fellow dwarves who generally dress more for practicality and convenience rather than opulence. He also has a jeweled walking cane that he doesn't need but occasionally gestures with or leans on when he's being particularly dramatic.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Ceres was raised alongside his twin brother, Loto, in the dwarven city Glaciran. The Apocalypse hit in his early days, but he didn't participate in the war itself. However, he lost both of his parents and his brother, Brufle, to the demon hordes that breached the Hades Rift during the war. Ceres never married, choosing instead to philander his way through life. He has a collection of manga he kept from his pre-war childhood years that he reads almost religiously, and uses the "lessons" therein to hit on women. He spent much of his life adventuring outside the safety of Glaciran, traipsing about in search of adventure and, well, women. In about 210 PA, he decided to retire and stay home for a while. In 215, the daughter of an old adventuring buddy came to him with a baby Ray and asked him to raise the child. He was reluctant at first, but he DID owe her a life debt, so they figured this made them even. He raised Ray as his own, teaching him the ways of adventuring and philandering. Ceres died in a mine explosion in 239. Allegedly.
