The New Union want to secede from the United States, they hold a vote in every state whether or not they will join the Union.

The New Union want to secede from the United States, they held a vote in every state whether or not they will join the Union. The government officials assumed since so many states joined, and since the Union were good during the last Civil War, they called themselves the "New Union", and remarked the States that didn't secede, and were taking part in the war the "New Confederacy", this was so they could trick the civilians to attempt to join the New Union. The Confederacy, and the Union were starting a war, but some states couldn't decide if they were to join the Union ("bad"), or stick with the Confederacy ("good"). These were called "the Neutrals". After the battle of Yellville in Arkansas.
