Winter Fae Wyvern

Dracofae titanioensis

The Winter Fae Wyvern is a small species of true wyvern and one of the few Dragonimorphs found in Titanios. Winter Fae Wyverns inhabit the western temperate coniferous forests, where during the summer months feed primarily on insects, nuts and pinecones. During the winter months when many species of migratory birds arrive to wait out the cold, the small wyverns switch to a more predatory lifestyle. The Fae wyverns do not use their small reserve of fire in hunting or combat, instead the flames are used only after prey is caught, not only to cook the meat but also burns away the indigestible feathers.
