No one truly knows who established Eden. Many believe it was created by "God" himself. Others believe the High Priestess is the creator. In either case, however, the truth is unknown to the public.

The creation of Eden is highly speculated. None truly know of the true nature of this city's creation. However, it feels oddly celestial to many, leading those denizens to believe it was created by a figure known only as "God."
