Elder
Qualifications
They have to train under an Elder for a few decades.
Requirements
They have to be at least 450 years old and good at their job.
Appointment
They are chosen by the Elders, and eventually by the High Priestess, amongst the best and oldest members of the Order, no matter their rank and duties. They are appointed during a ceremony that only the highest members of the Order are allowed to witness.
Duties
They should be unbiased and fair, completely neutral. They should make sure their decisions are for the benefit of the Order.
Responsibilities
They are the administrators, the rulemakers and the judges of the Order. They are responsible for the daily running of the Order. They're also in charge of communicating with the Priestesses from other branches.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
They're only dismissed by death.
