Anna Quinn (a.k.a. Annarchist; Violet; Sweetheart Anarchist)
Probably one of the most varied people in the whole of the Agency, Anna, nicknamed by those close to her as the "sweetheart anarchist" has 2 vastly different personas.
Her digital persona comes in 2 severities for those familiar with her. In forums she's VQ9927, a smartass who has some strong opinions of how governments can do things, and where they can go and what they can shove in various orafices when they get there. She is generally well liked amongst those communities.
As far as governments are concerned, where she has shown herself, she is that "rabble rousing little shit" as one politicion put it... off the record of course, though many police officers share the same sentiment.
In person, she is kind, quiet, and usually keeps to herself, her skateboard, and her dog.
She can often be seen practicing various skateboard tricks either on her traditional skateboard or the newest prototype hoverboard. If not, she's walking her dog or practicing her art skills with numerous cans of spray paint.

Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
For one who would rather remain hidden from "the establishment", Anna has some rather standout features, not the least of which is her surgically altered purple irises. Though striking, they make identifyiing her in a linup as easy as catching her, since there's almost nobody else with purple eyes.
She also usually has very obviously dyed hair, so much so that nobody actually knows her true hair color anymore. It has been some shade of purple, blue, green, or some other unnatural color for as long as anyone can remember. Rumor has it that she's working with other teams to make it so that her hair naturally grows purple.

Purely for the sake of causing headaches for establishments, Anna lists that she identifies as a "other" or "toaster" if a write-in option is available.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Devised the idea of spray paint that is an accelerant when dried, making inner citty missions slightly easer so long as the teams don't get caught doing any graffitti.
Failures & Embarrassments
While testing prototypes for the combustible spray paint, she was caught by police. Once would've been fine, but this happened a total of 7 times, putting her extremely close to a transfer to team Lambda. It is only a matter of time until one of the admin responsible for transfers checks r email and completes said transfer.
Morality & Philosophy
Anna's philosophy is that large governments of any sort... suck.
She is generally a good and upstanding citizen when it comes to obeying laws that are actually for the well-being of the general public... but otherwise...
Let's just say she's the type of person to help an old lady or 3 cross the street, and then spray paint the windshields of multiple police cars... within the span of 7 minutes. The video footage was destroyed by team Iota

Motivation
Due to growing up under the control of an oppresive government, Anna joined the agency to feel like she had a degree of control over government establishments.

She is less adept at relationship management, making promises to multiple groups of people at a time. These have been known to conflict on multiple occasions, leaving her to make choices which she deems painful.
Likes & Dislikes
Anna is a foodie, and loves many different types of cuisine. She has been known to get into fights and break skateboards and/or people over food. Most who witness this will tell you that the one on the receiving end had it coming.

There's graffiti all over the place, including various sections of Buttersoth HQ. Some of them will not be found for dozens of years.

Anna is good at reading the mood of a room, and adapting accordingly. This also makes her great to plant into a crowd, and she has been known to incite a riot or 4.
She's also rather social, easily making friends, remotely at least. In person, she is rather easy to approach, but difficult to start conversatiosn with. As a result, her digital presence is far stronger than her physical one.
