State Sentinel has a critical story of today: Dyna-Gen Pharmaceuticals, a international manufacturer of vaccines and cancer treatments, has another business - Human Mutation! Dyna-Gen has been illegally working with Alien Crystals to Mutate ordinary people into Metahumans. They are the amoral scientists who created the notorious Lethal Menace Half-Life and who knows how many other villains plaguing our streets.

While much of the information we have is highly technical, we have done the heavy lifting and will present it to you in plain English. Dyna-Gen had a secret and, ILLEGAL Laboratory for human experimentation right in the heart of Broward County. Dyna-Gen had captured the villain Half-Life as well as others and kept them imprisoned and awaiting the scalpel. Afraid of being discovered, the company assisted a known criminal to leave the South Florida area and moved him to a larger, more nefarious laboratory of theirs in the Boston Massachusetts area. The Heroic CAPE team known as Starhawk's Cry, lead by Starhawk, using their metahuman senses became aware of the captured victims being held in Florida. In rescuing them, they exposed the diabolical workings of Dyna-Gen, saving victims from bombs set by the company to cover up their shame. [There are men and women alive today because of their actions, and we thank these local capes for their service that day.

The story continues! For the second base with the villain half-life was uncovered by Starhawk's Cry. Again, using their metahuman abilities. There, they were able to uncover the deadly Criminal Half-Life being vivisected by the mad scientists at Dyna-Gen. While this paper does not condone the acts of Half-Life, our justice system gives him the right to a trial and lawful recourse. The vivisection of a living man to harvest crystals for additional experiments is heinous and inhumane.  

Rest easy, dear readers - the menace known as Half-Life has been turned over to the proper authorities. Dyna-Gen has many things to answer for, and it is thanks to local capes like Starhawk's Cry that these abhorrent actions have been brought to light. How many *more* monsters have they let loose into our society? How many "natural" mutations are secretly the results of these clandestine experiments? Experiments that may have been conducted without their victim's knowledge or consent. What is ***really*** going into those injects that are mandated by the government? WE MUST DEMAND ANSWERS! and until we get them, we will stand watch, GUARDING THE TRUTH for all of you!
