History
Walt Wilson was a technician who worked for Future - H&N - Energy after finishing his military career and serving prison time for Assault. Approached by a rival company Universal Armaments (U.A.) he agreed to steal R&D plans for a secret Battle-suit being developed by C.E.O. Sean Dyer.
U.A. managed to build their own Battle-suit but without Dyer's technical genius it was much larger than the Armoury suit, and it got the nickname A.P.C.. Wilson was chosen to pilot this suit but soon used it for it for his own personal agenda and selfish designs.
After killing most of the board of U.A. he took over the company and has since made a small fortune selling Dyer's tech to the highest bidder. This has fuelled many technological advances amongst the Super Villain community making many mundane villains extremely dangerous.
After hiring the brilliant engineer Dr. Victor Smythe the Battle-suits being developed by U.A. have been taken to the next level.
Smythe has also worked in collaboration with Professor Byron MacKeeby from C.GAT Genetixs, several test subjects for MacKeeby's research came with a recommendation from Smythe. They are currently working on a top secret project to develop an artificial life form using the most insane, outrageous, theories from both of these mad scientists.
