Faxsces Tough
PERSONAL HISTORY
Born out of European crime syndicates that date back centuries, the modern Faxsces are less a singular entity and more a group of criminal families who occasionally aid one another. They have no hidden bases or Helicarriers. They’re a bunch of racketeers who scratch each other’s backs.
Unlike Leviathan or other fanatical criminal organizations, Faxsces toughs are motivated primarily by profit, not political ideology. Their pursuit of money often leads them to commit heinous crimes and even bankroll super villains, but they can be persuaded down more righteous paths—for the right price.
