PERSONAL HISTORY
Dr. Albrecht Morrow was once a brilliant Nazi scientist who, in order to protect himself from the dangers of his own creations, transferred his mind into a robotic body called XR 35-402 he made. Atop this body he mounted an experimental “ESP Box”—a device designed to amplify his own brain waves.
The ESP Box worked better than Morrow ever could have expected, granting him a slew of telepathic powers. His renown in fascist circles skyrocketed, and after the fall of the Third Reich, Morrow joined with Totenkopf and several other fanatical fascists to form the latest incarnation of the terrorist group Leviathan.
In the years since, Morrow has always been a top-ranking member of Leviathan High Command. He forms the backbone of the evil organization’s scientific efforts, and has been personally responsible for the creation of many of their most powerful villains. Dragonfly, Turbulence, Fallout, Arson, and Therapos all owe their existence to the dastardly inventions of Morrow.
Morrow is not a skilled fighter, but his ESP Box allows him to hold his own in battles against the likes of Shield Spider and the Harrier.
