Baron Manfred Talis
PERSONAL HISTORY
Manfred Talis was born the son of Heinrich Talis, a Nazi scientist and super villain. Heinrich spent years seeking the destruction of America and the resurrection of Nazi Germany but ultimately died in a rockslide while fighting with Shield Spider. Manfred, furious, chose to follow in his father’s footsteps.
Manfred has long served as a key figure among fascist organizations, acting as an ally to the likes of Totenkopf and as leader of Leviathan. Over the years, he’s personally founded and led a number of super-teams, including multiple incarnations of the League of Evil and the Phenomes.
