Titus Tantalius - Squad Leader - Noble blood from Cyrillane, family lost everything, keen to see restoration of cyrillane
Sertor Rhakius - Deputy - grizzled veteran, expert archer, whittles his own arrows, recycles them.
Lamia Gellia - she is quiet, determined, archer, one of the younger recruits. Rackius likes to look after her and mentor.
Vibius Anicius - grumpy about his posting as too far from the town, stuck out in the sticks,
Aspar Caelius - swordsman of the group, practises forms, little bit of a touchy side, not as good as his potential
Arisbe - Civilian housekeeper - cooks and tidies - Vibius' aunt, clips him round ear when she catches him moaning. Really quite efficient, will scold anyone who makes an unnecessary mess.
