Kartacol Embassy
The Embassy from the Empire of Sui Adecai Kartacol is one of the most impressive buildings in Katafygia, sitting just outside the gates to the fort in an area that is home to the wealthiest merchants and those Cyrillane nobles who managed to escape with a good amount of wealth.
