Demonic Weapon

Demonic weapons are a rare form of weapon, usually wielded by warlocks. They are objects made through the powers of demons or powerful warlocks under the influence of demons, and as such are unlike any other weapons. They basic types are often normal, like swords or spears, but there are exceptions that have no name in any language. In all cases, they deviate greatly from other weapons because their materials are almost always exotic, and occasionally alive. These strange weapons appear to break the rules of nature, by changing shape or passing right through solid matter, in the way the reflect and refract light, or in a multitude of other ways and they are almost always immediately identifiable. They allow the wielder to do things that appear supernatural, simply by their nature being so different. They are particularly useful to magic users, as they often interact with the winds and other symbols in interesting ways. That can also be useful in mundane fight as well, as they may drip armor dissolving acid, wind their way towards the opponents heart, or grab opposing weapons. The most powerful demonic weapons are not made by demons, but rather are demons, bound voluntarily or not into the shape of a weapon. These can have all the powers of the "normal" kinds, but with an intelligence to use these abilities. Some are wizards in their own right, and almost all like to chat with their wielder. Through far rarer, non weapon items can be made or enhanced through the same processes.
