First Flight Over the Wall of Li'guth

As the short-lived races increasingly explored magic and how it worked, it was found that the flying spells could be improved upon. Before they had been able to lift a person some distance over the ground, but with this discovery the caster would be unbound from the earth and able to fly to any height.   Using this discovery there was eventually made an attempt to fly over the Wall of Li'guth. Although the magic had a too short duration to fully scale the wall in one go, by constructing platforms on the outside of the wall, it was eventually successful and for the first time since the start of the second age, someone ventured into the land of the Unseelie Court.

The first explorers were unable to make contact with the fey, but as more and more began exploring, the fey eventually showed themselves. This was mostly in the form of pranks, or outright combat as they tried to expel the newcomers.
