Kunar Island Isolation Begins

After the dwarves were expelled from Kunar Island many halflings believed they should be more united in case something similar happened. To do this a council war formed that each halfling clan would be able to call upon to unite them, should they ever be threatened by outside forces again.

The council spent almost two years discussing plans for what to do next. Some wanted to more actively engage with the outside world in order to gain allies and prevent such a thing from happening again while others wanted to stay out of any involvement with the outside world. In the end, it was decided that they would isolate themselves with the Bloodleaf Clan in the west being the chief negotiator should anything happen again.
