The First Stable Portals are Created

After many centuries of unstable portals, a group of scholars from the Holy Order of Druids were able to open a semi-permanent portal. This portal was able to connect the Faewild to E'ath and was the first solid hope the fey had, had of creating a more stable life in E'ath.

It took almost a century before the first portals opened. These were temporary and only lasted long enough to cure fey in their immediate vicinity. Due to the chaotic nature of the Faewild, it was hard to keep them open long enough for someone to pass through. This was still enough to keep the fey alive, even if only as long as powerful magicians kept opening portals.   It was only in 654 AoW, that scholars from the Holy Order of Druids got a sudden breakthrough. After a large sum of money was given from an anonymous investor, a group of elven and half-elven were able to create a semi-permanent portal. Its construction took several years and required a continual supply of gems but were able to keep a link open to the Faewild.
