Soon after Li'li'kar raised itself from the waters and created the first land, so too did Li'minar. This second world tree was smaller, although it still brought with it much land for which the newly created life could live.

The elves soon created cities around Li'minar and here a great many people live in harmony with nature. The elves preferred to live close to the trees and the gods too mingled with them at this point. By the power of both gods and elves a small city quickly grew and prospered underneath Li'minar's crown.   Many sources cite this city as housing as many as a million individuals, but calculations on the ruins that have survived to this day put that number closer to 100,000.
